Policies, Certifications & Technical Links

  • We must have a signed contract before we can perform an inspection.
  • We must receive payment before we issue an inspection report.
  • If you are not satisfied with our inspection (within 30 days) your general inspection fee will be refunded.
  • Inspections are performed as per the ASHI Standards of Practice and we adhere to the ASHI Code of Ethics.

  • Our Home Inspectors are all "Certified Inspectors" and members in good standing with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). This meets the standards for performing inspections in Pennsylvania.

  • We use the National Pest Management Association Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report (Form NPMA-33). This report is typically required by mortgage lenders.
  • As stated on the pest inspection report "This report is not a guarantee or warranty as to the absence of wood destroying insects nor is it a structural integrity report." Upon receipt, please read each page of the report in its entirety before signing.

  • In regards to Radon Testing, we are certified through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.  We have a DEP-Certified Individual as well as DEP-Listed Testing Employees.  Our Testing Firm Identification Number is 1607.
