- We must have a signed contract before we can perform an inspection.
- We must receive payment before we issue an inspection report.
- If you are not satisfied with our inspection (within 30 days) your general inspection fee will be refunded.
- Inspections are performed as per the ASHI Standards of Practice and we adhere to the ASHI Code of Ethics.
We use the National Pest Management Association Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report (Form NPMA-33). This report is typically required by mortgage lenders.
As stated on the report "This report is not a guarantee or warranty as to the absence of wood destroying insects nor is it a structural integrity report." Upon receipt, please read each page of the report in its entirety before signing.
In regards to Radon Testing, we are certified through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. We have a DEP-Certified Individual as well as DEP-Listed Testing Employees. Our Testing Firm Identification Number is 1607.
