SCHEDULE YOUR HOME INSPECTION ONLINE (please call for radon or termite only)

BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE AN INSPECTION ONLINE YOU SHOULD:

1. Review our fees and services.

2. Review our inspection specifications to get the specifics on our home inspection procedures. This will help to prepare you for the home inspection process.

3. Check inspector availability. Hopefully, we have a time and date that will work for you. If we don't, please check back later because we will get cancellations. We encourage you to accompany the inspector for the entire inspection.
4. Review the ASHI Standards of Practice This document explains the procedures for a home inspection and indicates what will and will not be inspected.

5. Determine the finished living space and approximate year built for pricing purposes. If the house is more than 3500 sq ft please call to schedule.

Please note: Our inspectors do not have lock box keys. You will have to make arrangements for us to gain access to the house.
