Please make absolutely sure that you have permission from the client to schedule this inspection and obtain a copy of the home inspection report. Our ASHI code of ethics phohibits us from sending a copy of the report to a real estate agent unless the buyer gives specific permission.
Additionally, we will need to have our contract for the home inspection services signed by the buyer before we can perform the home inspection.
